Coupons are a powerful way to offer discounts and incentivize customer purchases.

Create a New Coupon:

• Go to Marketing → Coupons, then click “Add Coupon.”

• Enter Coupon Details:

  • Coupon Code: Create a custom code or generate one automatically.

  • Description: Internal use only; optional.

• Configure General Settings:

  • Discount Type: Choose Percentage, Fixed Cart, or Fixed Product.

  • Coupon Amount: Enter the discount value.

  • Allow Free Shipping: Optional checkbox.

  • Expiry Date: Set a date for the coupon to expire.

• Set Usage Restrictions:

  • Minimum and Maximum Spend

  • Individual Use Only: Prevent combination with other coupons.

  • Exclude Sale Items: Optional.

  • Include or Exclude Specific Products or Categories

  • Allowed Emails: Restrict to certain customers if needed.

• Set Usage Limits:

  • Usage Limit per Coupon

  • Limit Usage to X Items

  • Usage Limit per User

• Publish the Coupon: Click “Publish” to activate the coupon.
