You can add products to WooCommerce either manually (for individual items) or through bulk import using a CSV file.

Manual Product Upload:

• Go to Products: Log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to “Products” in the left-hand menu, and click “Add New.”

• Enter Product Details:

  • Add a clear product name and detailed description.

  • Use the "Product Data" section to:

    • Select the product type (e.g., Simple or Variable).

    • Enter pricing (Regular and Sale prices).

    • Manage inventory (SKU, Quantity, Stock Status).

    • Configure shipping (Weight, Dimensions).

    • Add linked products (Upsells, Cross-sells).

    • Add attributes like size or color.

  • Add a short description for catalog views.

  • Upload a product image and additional gallery images.

  • Assign the product to categories and tags.

• Publish the Product: Click “Publish” to make the product live.

Bulk Product Upload via CSV:

• Prepare a CSV File: Download a sample CSV from the WooCommerce import tool. Ensure it includes columns like Product Name, Description, SKU, Price, and Image URLs.

• Import the CSV File:

  • Go to “Products,” then click “Import.”

  • Upload your completed CSV file.

  • Map your CSV columns to the WooCommerce fields.

  • Review and confirm the import.

  • Run the importer.
